To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Analytics Manager (regardless of gender) who will keep a constant eye on the performance of customer projects and generate valuable insights with the aim of ensuring and maximizing the efficiency of the stores.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Marketing, Statistics or a related field
  • Several years of experience in data analysis in an e-commerce or agency environment
  • Sound knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio and e-commerce reporting platforms
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • Strong understanding of KPIs in e-commerce and performance marketing
  • Analytical mindset and the ability to generate actionable insights from large amounts of data
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English to convey complex data intuitively

YOUR TASKS

  • Monitoring and Analyzing Store Performance: Collecting and evaluating KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Generate Data-Driven Insights: Create reports and dashboards that provide clear recommendations for optimizing online stores
  • Develop Optimization Strategies: Identify weaknesses and optimization potential, e.g., in user experience, loading times or marketing efficiency
  • Plan and Carry out A/B Tests: Monitoring conversion optimization measures and evaluating test results
  • Creating Performance Reports: Developing customized dashboards and reports to monitor abandonment rates, conversion rates, target/actual sales, technical performance (load times in seconds) and target group demographics
  • Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders: Working closely with the Marketing, Design and Development teams to translate data-driven decisions into concrete actions
  • Setting up Tracking Systems: Implementing and maintaining tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other data monitoring solutions
  • Independent Analysis and System Maintenance: Independent recording and analysis of the data infrastructure and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems and data interfaces
