Wanted: Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)

To bolster our New Business Sales team, we are looking for a dedicated and self-determined individual as a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d). Your mission: As an SDR, you are the first point of contact for potential client companies, identify their individual needs and put them in touch with our sales experts. Your goal is to generate high-quality leads to create new business opportunities that promote the growth of Y1.

YOUR TASKS

  • Building up Knowhow: Firstly, we will provide you with the necessary tools by familiarizing you with our service portfolio—so that you can later competently explain our technologies and the value proposition to others as a true Y1 expert.
  • Lead Generation: You will identify and qualify new sales opportunities and build a pipeline of potential client companies.
  • Initial Contact: You will actively approach potential customers to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Use Tools: You will work with modern sales technologies to reach potential customers in key industries and regions.
  • Brand Ambassador: You will increase brand awareness and maintain a pipeline of promising potential customers.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience as a sales or business development representative.
  • You have a keen interest in digital eCommerce technologies such as websites, social media, mobile apps and are familiar with the use of sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo and/or LinkedIn.
  • Proven sales strategies for developing new business opportunities and fields are second nature to you (or you have the confidence to proactively adopt them).
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive personality with a willingness to learn and a structured way of working.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential for this role.
