YOUR TASKS

  • You will build long-term client relationships and represent the interests of our clients in conflicting objectives and decision-making processes
  • You will advise our client companies based on their individual needs and your in-depth industry and market knowledge
  • You will support the development of strategies and, if necessary, consult experts when specialized knowledge is required
  • You will prepare offers and accompany the sales team during pitches and preliminary discussions, including requirements management
  • You will manage important customer projects and ensure that defined targets are achieved
  • You will be responsible for the preparation, moderation, and follow-up of internal and external workshops

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Several years of professional experience in a digital agency environment or in the field of e-commerce / PIM / CMS
  • A structured way of working and the ability to think conceptually and abstractly
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work in a team, and are solution-oriented
  • Ideally, you have a degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Media Studies or a comparable qualification
  • Fluency in German (at least CEFR level C1 (certificate)) and English
