YOUR TASKS – BECOME A DRIVING FORCE

Develop UX strategies that inspire customers and impress users.
Analyze customer requirements, target groups and market potential—and create solutions that fit perfectly.
Plan and moderate UX workshops, such as design sprints, persona development or customer journey mapping.
Advise and support our clients through every phase—from requirements analysis to conception and further development.
Create compelling concepts, prototypes, and presentations that are communicated at eye level with stakeholders.
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams from Design, Development, and Project Management to achieve the best results.
Translate user data and usability tests into clear recommendations and reports.
Support and promote junior colleagues to continuously develop our team.
Provide insights through lectures, workshops, or articles that position Y1 as a thought leader in the UX field.
Develop new methods and standards that advance our team and inspire the industry.

YOUR PROFILE – WHAT SETS YOU APART

An above-average degree in UX design, psychology, business informatics or comparable.
At least 7 years of experience in the UX field—ideally with a focus on e-commerce.
Sound know-how in UX design, research, and strategy as well as the associated methods (e.g., personas, journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing).
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro or analytics tools.
Convincing demeanor in presentations and client meetings – you know how to get people excited about your ideas.
Experience in moderating workshops and communicating complex topics.
Structured way of working and an eye for detail without losing sight of the big picture.
Strong communication skills, empathy, and team spirit.
Business fluent German (C1) and good English skills.
