YOUR PROFILE – WHAT SETS YOU APART

A degree or equivalent qualifications in UX design—ideally with a focus on e-commerce.
At least 5 years of experience in the UX field: whether it’s an agency or on the client side, you are familiar with the challenges and opportunities in digital commerce.
Passion for user experience, paired with sound experience in UX design, UX research, and UX strategy.
Excellent German language skills (at least CEFR level C1) and strong communication that inspires clients and teams.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and knowledge of prototyping and user-centric design methods.
You think in a structured way, work independently and have a high standard for quality—the best result is what counts for you.
Experience in guiding junior colleagues and enjoy passing on your knowledge.

YOUR TASKS – WHERE YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE

You will optimize and design digital products for leading e-commerce projects, with a focus on the entire customer journey and excellent usability.
Together with our teams of experts (UI designers, developers, PIM specialists, analysts & project managers), you will develop holistic UX strategies.
You will create usability analyses, prototypes, sitemaps, user journey maps, wireframes and more—always with a clear goal: better experiences for the user.
You will bring customers and teams together in workshops to develop innovative solutions.
You will represent the UX department in pitch teams and present compelling concepts. As a mentor, you will help junior colleagues to realize their full potential.
