B2C-BOOST WITH NEW SPARE PARTS STORE

The goals for the project were clearly defined: To open a spare parts store for B2C customers and expand the sales market to increase sales. They also wanted to improve the conversion rate and see a significant increase in B2C customers. Success is measured by sales figures, increased conversion and an increase in B2C customers compared to B2B.

There were a number of challenges during the project. Working with BGM’s Typo3 agency, which managed parts of the ZARGES website, required a lot of coordination and disciplined communication. The user experience and user interface were improved as part of the project. The focus was on creating online access to the B2C store, in particular the spare parts store.

Here’s how we did it

UX REVIEW, NEW STORE WITH SMART FILTERS

The results of the project are very promising: our UX/UI review led to a soft facelift of the website, the B2C store (Magento 2) opened and includes intelligent filter and configuration functions. For example, aluminum boxes can be sorted and filtered in the store according to specific dimensions.
