Using this data, Braun Büffel was able to determine exactly which factors influence the purchase abandonment rate and which functions improve the shopping experience. Success is measured using classic KPIs such as visitor numbers, conversion rate, bounce rate and average shopping basket value.
Succes factors and future plans
For the further development of the online store, Braun Büffel is focusing on the increased integration of customer feedback and the continuous further development of the D2C strategy. The aim is to develop the online store into the most important sales channel over the next five years, supported by data-based analyses and targeted offers.
