After a relaunch, there was dissatisfaction with the overall structure. The result and functional scope of the store were unsatisfactory, and there was still room for improvement in terms of stability and performance. Added to this were the high license costs (Adobe Commerce). So the job was to take over the store software, switch to Magento Open Source and completely relocate the hosting—all in 6 weeks.
