GOALS & APPROACH

The relaunch of the Braun Büffel online store, built on Shopify Plus, aimed to strengthen the company’s direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy. The focus was on a higher conversion rate, an optimized customer journey, and promoting international growth. The redesign of the store not only sets aesthetic standards but also requires technological innovations. Emphasis was placed on the integration of existing systems such as ERP and logistics to ensure a seamless and efficient connection. The flexibility of the Shopify Plus platform enables Braun Büffel to react quickly to market changes and customer needs and to adjust independently and agilely.
