WHAT DID MARABU WANT?

Marabu wanted an online store that offered a seamless user experience. As customers usually shop in a very focused way – without browsing for long – a quick order function was important to Marabu. In addition, the majority of customers now shop via phone or tablet. It goes without saying that the online store also needed to be optimized for mobile use. The aim was to keep the project as simple as possible and, in the first step, to only digitally map the centrally required procurement processes. The online store is also being continuously developed on the basis of customer feedback.
