Your profile
A completed degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Business Informatics, or comparable training.
At least 5 years of professional experience in the UX/UI field with a focus on e-commerce and digital platforms.
Strong competency in UX concepts, information architecture, flow design, and visual design.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and style guides (e.g. in Figma).
Proficient in using Figma (Auto-layout, Variants, Libraries, Prototyping) or comparable tools.
High visual design confidence: interfaces that combine functionality, aesthetics, and brand values.
Confident appearance in presentations and workshops, including competent stakeholder management at eye level.
Fundamental understanding of frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JS) as well as experience collaborating with agile development teams.
Structured, solution-oriented working style with attention to detail and the big picture.
Negotiation-level German (C1) and very good English skills.
Your tasks
Develop holistic UX strategies and design solutions that connect business goals, conversion optimization, and user guidance.
Translate requirements into clear concepts and implement these into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design and develop scalable design systems and UI components that can be used long-term.
Present concepts and designs convincingly to stakeholders and ensure decision-making capability in the project.
Plan and moderate workshops such as design sprints, journey mapping, or flow optimizations.
Work closely with development and project management to ensure consistent and high-quality results.
Consider responsiveness and accessibility standards (WCAG) in your designs to ensure high quality and usability.
Support junior colleagues through mentoring and thus promote the development of knowledge and design quality in the team.
