Your profile
Years of experience in the e-commerce environment, preferably in an agency or on the client side
Entrepreneurial thinking, accountability, and a good sense for customer needs
Leadership skills, team spirit, and organizational talent
Strong communication skills – both internally and externally at the decision-maker level
Strategic know-how around online marketing, platforms, shop systems, and growth approaches
Your tasks
You independently manage a business unit with prestigious e-commerce clients
You identify potential and develop thought leadership approaches and digital strategies for scaling
You are the central point of contact for your topics and clients – on eye level and with foresight
You lead, motivate, and develop an interdisciplinary team of project managers, strategists, creatives & performance specialists
You work closely with management and actively shape the agency's growth
