Your profile
- Experience in B2B sales of complex digital solutions, ideally in the fields of e-commerce, marketing technology, customer experience, or digital platforms 
- Ability to understand business models and value chains – and derive relevant approaches for digital transformation from them 
- You have a high level of conversational competence at the C-level and director level and know how to bring different stakeholders to the table 
- Structured, proactive working style and a genuine interest in sustainable customer relationships 
- Team orientation: You want to win in collaboration with experts – not on your own 
Your tasks
- As an Enterprise Sales Manager (m/f/d), you are the strategic link between complex customer needs and our solution portfolio. 
- Strategic Customer Understanding: You recognize the challenges that truly move customers – and develop strong engagements from them. 
- Account Development: You identify, develop, and maintain strategically relevant customer relationships in the medium to large enterprise segment – with a focus on sustainable value. 
- Demand-Oriented Sales: You analyze your target customers' situations in depth, recognize opportunities for digital advancement, and formulate tailored proposal strategies. 
- Team Play & Orchestration: You work closely with Solutions Architects, Business Owners, Strategists, and Tech Experts to develop solution-oriented, credible, and actionable concepts. 
- Value Creation in Focus: You discuss not features – but rather business goals, challenges, and concrete added values. You specifically drive the initiation and design of projects with high relevance for the customer. 
- Process Management & Closure Orientation: You manage the sales process in a structured way – from the first conversation to solution design, negotiation, and contract closure.
