Your profile
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with an agency or e-com background
Experience with digital tools & platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Mailchimp, etc.)
Structured thinker, creative flair, hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills at all levels
Willingness to take responsibility and make things happen
Your tasks
Further development of a holistic marketing plan together with management
Implementation and management of measures and campaigns across all relevant channels
Further development of our social media and content strategy
Support in positioning the agency externally (employer branding, PR, events)
Monitoring & reporting of your measures – data-driven, but with gut feeling
