Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in the digital agency environment or in the area of e-commerce / PIM / CMS 
- A good understanding of economic contexts and project metrics 
- Strong analytical skills, high team ability, and solution orientation 
- The ability to make complex topics understandable and to successfully bring projects to completion 
- A structured and reliable working style 
- Ideally, you have a degree in economics, business informatics, media studies, or a comparable qualification. 
- Fluent in German (at least CEFR level C1 (certificate)) and English skills 
Your tasks
- You manage exciting digital projects – from planning to go-live – and ensure that time, budget, and quality are right. 
- You clarify requirements, lead scoping workshops, and translate ideas into clear tasks. 
- You formulate acceptance criteria and ensure traceable, actionable tickets for all stakeholders (UX, design, development). 
- You recognize risks early and find pragmatic solutions before problems arise. 
- You coordinate clients, internal teams, and external partners and create transparency about tasks, responsibilities, and project status. 
- You ensure structure, clear processes, and good communication within the team and with all stakeholders. 
- You actively contribute to the creation of proposals – from structure and effort estimation to final alignment with the team. 
- You lead workshops and moderate meetings – both internally and with clients.
