Your profile
Work Experience: At least 3–5 years in marketing, ideally with a background in e-commerce or the tech/agency sector.
Professional Expertise: Solid knowledge in performance marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Digital Tools: Experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Office 365.
Personality: Structured thinker with a creative streak, hands-on mentality, and strong communication skills at all levels.
Drive: You are eager to take on responsibility and are motivated to push things forward and make an impact.
Your tasks
Strategy: Further development of a holistic marketing plan in close collaboration with management.
Campaign Management: Planning, implementation, and control of marketing measures across all relevant channels.
Social Media & Content: Further development of our social media and content strategy to optimally reach our target audiences.
Positioning: Support for the external positioning of the agency (e.g., employer branding, PR, events).
Analysis & Optimization: Monitoring and data-driven reporting of your measures – always with a good gut feeling for trends and target groups.
