Your profile
Solid experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or in a comparable role in digital projects
Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, especially in the context of commerce platforms, CMS, PIM/PXM, and customer-centric touchpoints
Technical know-how regarding modern architectural approaches (e.g., API-first, Headless, MACH, Microservices, Cloud-native)
Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (UX, Strategy, Tech, Marketing) as well as in direct customer communication
Curiosity, structured thinking, and an affinity for both Business & Tech
Your tasks
As a Solutions Architect (m/f/d), you are a key figure in the digital transformation of our clients.
End-to-End Thinking: You think and act holistically – from analysis to strategic consulting to implementation.
Analysis & Conception: You conduct needs assessments, identify business and system requirements, and develop sustainable architectures for digital platforms, particularly in the areas of e-commerce, customer experience, PIM/PXM, and content management.
Strategic Consulting: You advise our clients both professionally and technically – initially in specific projects and, in the medium term, also at a strategic level.
Pre-Sales & Pitch Support: You work closely with the sales team, analyze customer requirements, develop solution sketches, and convince stakeholders through technical depth and storytelling.
Orchestration & Delivery Monitoring: You accompany the implementation of your concepts, support project teams in architectural decisions, and ensure that business goals and technical realities align.
Practice Development: You work to methodically connect and further develop our existing practices (shop, CMS, PIM, PXM, CX) – with the aim of creating a holistic consulting and solutions offering.
