You will be a technical leader and coach for our newly established eCommerce front-end development team in Belgrade.

Development of classic or PWA frontends with complex logic, e.g. configurators and workers

You are responsible for implementing modern frontend-UI’s for the online shops of famous national and international companies.

In details

You will be the technical leader and coach for our newly established eCommerce PHP project development team in Belgrade.

You will coordinate the technical implementation of the UI/UX of our main commerce projects, based on Magento/Adobe Commerce, Sylius or Shopware.

You continuously optimize our methods and tools for project implementation and the support of our customer projects.

You provide interdisciplinary support in technical and conceptual questions; assist with effort estimates and clarification of technical questions for feature requests.

You are responsible for handling pull requests and code quality.

You support a component-based approach for cross-platform reusability of UI elements.

You will continue to take on operational tasks during project development.

You are the person in charge for the team, assist during the onboarding process of new Team Members and support the further development.

What we look for

You gained several years of work experience as a senior developer and have a proven track record of successfully developing digital products in the eCommerce segment.

Ideally you have experience in using tailwindCSS and you respect the Core Web Vitals as the fundamental law of our frontend development.

You draw on your experience of the variety of architectural approaches and their advantages and disadvantages

Ideally are specialized in eCommerce and least one standard software like Shopware, Magento or Sylius.

Your expertise enables you to recommend actions and to identify the most suitable solution for us from a range of approaches

You are happy to answer questions from our stakeholder (internal and external) in a timely manner, patiently and with the right amount of your expertise.

You are fluent in written and spoken English

You are the person in charge for the team, assist during the onboarding process of new Team Members and support the further development.
